These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lakshya mobile application ("the App") created by the independent developer GrumpyOtter. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. User Registration & Features

You may search, browse, map, and view listings in the directory without creating an account. However, registering an account (via Google OAuth or email/password) is required to bookmark listings, submit new business suggestions, suggest operating hour changes, or submit reports. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Community Contributions Policy

Lakshya allows registered users to submit local business metadata and timing suggestions. When contributing, you agree that:

• All submitted data must be accurate, authentic, and public business details within the Bhusawal region.
• You will not submit spam, fraudulent profiles, or copyright-infringing content.
• All submissions are subject to manual admin moderation and may be edited, approved, or rejected.
• You grant GrumpyOtter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to format, show, and distribute your submissions inside the App.

3. Monetization Consent

You acknowledge that the App displays banner ads powered by Google AdMob inside directory lists to cover operational expenses (servers, API boundaries, developer accounts).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. I do not warrant or guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or coordinates validity of directory listings.
• The operational hours, contact information, or status of listed services.
• Continuous or error-free access to remote database instances.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrumpyOtter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on directory listings, incorrect hours, coordinate errors, or business closings.

6. Termination

I reserve the right to restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts that submit false coordinates, spam lists, or violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
