Common Questions

Lakshya is a directory and discovery application built for the Bhusawal region. It organizes public business information (hospitals, pharmacies, utilities) and sorts listings dynamically based on your coordinates.
No. General operations (searching, directory lookups, interactive map views, and proximity sorting) are available without an account. Registration is only required to suggest operating hours, bookmark listings, or submit new profiles.
When location permissions are granted, the app retrieves your coordinates. It calculates the direct distance to listed establishments entirely on your device and sorts them accordingly. You can narrow the feed by selecting a specific search radius in the app.
You can delete your account directly inside the Lakshya mobile app by going to your Profile screen and tapping the Delete Account option located right below your profile details. This action will permanently remove your account, saved bookmarks, and associated user data. If you need assistance, you can also reach out to support at ottergrumpy@gmail.com.

[BUG-REPORT-PROTOCOL] Channel: Email

When reporting a bug via email, please include:

  • Device details: Your mobile model and Android/iOS OS version.
  • App version: The build number (found in settings or about page).
  • Steps to reproduce: What actions led to the error.
  • Actual vs Expected: What happened compared to what you expected to happen.
